PLEASE READ POLICIES BEFORE ORDERING

All orders must be placed via our official order forms, email, or WhatsApp. We have separate forms for cakes, cupcakes, wedding cakes, and custom enquiries, so please be sure to select and complete the correct one.

 

Placing an Order
All orders must be submitted through one of our official channels: our order forms, email, or WhatsApp. We offer separate order forms for cakes, cupcakes, wedding cakes, and custom enquiries—please ensure you complete the correct form to avoid delays.

 

Order Confirmation & Response Time
Once your enquiry has been received, we will respond within 24–48 hours with an Order Information Message. This will include a full order breakdown, pricing, deposit details, and any necessary follow-up information.

 

All prices are non-negotiable and are based on your final agreed design. Orders must be placed with 1 weeks’ notice.
Late orders will incur an additional £15 fee on top of the discussed price (under 2days).

 

Deposit & Confirmation

Once your deposit or full payment has been made, please notify us of your payment reference so we can verify the transaction.

You will then receive an official confirmation message or email confirming that your booking has been secured in our calendar.

Please note that no work will begin on your order until payment has been received and fully confirmed.

 

To place an order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

Once your design and required date have been confirmed, you will have 24 hours to pay your deposit. If the deposit is not received within this time frame, your order will not be verified and the date will remain available to other customers.

 

Orders under £40 must be paid in full upfront at the time of ordering.
Orders over £40 are eligible for the 24-hour deposit grace period; if the deposit is not received within this time, the date will remain open for others to book.

The Bonbon Spot – Cancellations & Amendments Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify The Bonbon Spot as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 5 days’ notice will require full payment of the remaining balance to ensure no loss is incurred by The Bonbon Spot. No refunds can be issued beyond this point.

All 50% deposits are strictly non-refundable, as they secure your booking date and cover time, preparation, and materials already allocated to your order.

Requests to amend your design or collection date may be accommodated at the discretion of The Bonbon Spot, subject to availability and the stage of production.

In the unlikely event that The Bonbon Spot must cancel your order due to our own fault, a full refund of all monies paid will be issued in all circumstances.

 

Pick-Up Information

Customers will receive their pick-up details the day before collection. All pick-ups are strictly collection-only, and it’s important to be on time. A fee of £10 for every half-hour delay will apply. Additionally, no-shows will be blocked from placing future orders on our website.

 

Responsibility Upon Pick-Up

Once the cake leaves The Bonbon Spot, it is no longer our responsibility. It’s important that you come prepared with a suitable bag and proper transportation to ensure the cake’s safety.

 

Allergen Notice

The Bonbon Spot takes every precaution to minimize the risk of cross-contamination. However, please be aware that all products are prepared in a kitchen that handles eggs, dairy, gluten, nuts, and soya. As a result, we cannot guarantee that our products are allergen-free.

The Bonbon Spot does not cater to gluten-free, vegan, or other specific allergy requirements.

It is the client’s responsibility to communicate any allergies or dietary restrictions before confirming the order.

The Bonbon Spot will not accept liability for any allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies.
